These terms apply to every reservation at a Taino residence. By submitting a reservation inquiry or staying at a Taino residence, you agree to these terms. Taino Collective LLC is registered in Montana.
All reservations are subject to verification before confirmation. Verification typically includes government-issued identification and confirmation of the stated purpose of stay (employer reference, contract reference, or similar). Taino reserves the right to decline any reservation, in our sole discretion, at any point before keys are issued.
Reservations are accepted from a minimum of two nights to a maximum of ninety days. Stays beyond ninety days are by separate written arrangement. The reserving party may not transfer the reservation to another person.
Residences are for the reserving party and the companions disclosed at the time of booking. Parties, large gatherings, commercial events, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking and vaping inside any Taino residence are not permitted. Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and applicable deposit.
Free cancellation is available up to fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made inside fourteen days forfeit the first night. Cancellations made inside forty-eight (48) hours forfeit fifty percent of the booked stay. Stays of thirty (30) nights or more may have a separate cancellation schedule, specified in your confirmation.
The reserving party is responsible for damage to the residence and its furnishings beyond ordinary wear. Taino may charge a deposit at booking. Taino reserves the right to end a stay early, without refund of remaining nights, in the event of a material breach of these terms.
Taino carries operator liability insurance for its residences. Guests are encouraged to carry their own travel and renter's insurance. Taino is not responsible for personal property left in a residence after departure.
Where you book through Airbnb, VRBO, or another platform, the platform's terms apply in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict, the platform's terms control for that reservation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Montana, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
