Taino Collective LLC (“Taino,” “we,” “us”) operates corporate short-term residences and the website at tainocollective.com. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
When you submit a reservation inquiry, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, intended arrival and departure dates, number of guests, purpose of stay, employer or contract reference (where provided), preferred city, and any notes you choose to share. We may also collect government-issued identification during the verification step that follows your inquiry.
We collect this information to evaluate your reservation request, verify the purpose of stay, comply with our internal screening standard, communicate with you about your booking, and meet applicable legal and tax obligations.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, manage your reservation, and operate our business. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers. We may share limited information with service providers (payment processors, accounting software, hosting partners) strictly to the extent necessary to operate.
Inquiry data is delivered to our team through Netlify Forms and stored in our internal systems. Identification documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to the operators directly handling your reservation.
Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission unless required longer for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Verification documents are retained for the duration of your stay plus 24 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing tainocollective@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy law have additional rights under those laws.
We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not collect personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party advertising or social-pixel tracking.
