Our commitment to accessible hospitality.

Taino Collective is committed to providing accessible residences and an accessible booking experience. We aim to meet or exceed the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable for a small operator.

Web accessibility

This site uses semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable controls, and labeled form inputs. We test against major screen readers and welcome reports of accessibility issues so we can improve.

Residence accessibility

Accessibility features vary by residence. Where available, we will document and confirm features such as step-free entry, wheel-in showers, lever handles, grab bars, visual alarms, and dedicated parking before booking. Tell us your needs in the reservation form or by email and we will match you to a suitable residence or honestly tell you when we can't.

Service animals

Service animals are welcome at all Taino residences regardless of stated pet policy.
